Create an unlimited number of templates for your online parties. If you use Facebook for your parties, Party Pilot can post to your parties for you.
Nurture your customers, hosts and team members by regularly visiting them on social media. Party Pilot will tell you who you need to connect with on each social media platform you hang out on.
Make notes of what you talk about with them. Did someone tell you they're remodeling their bathroom? Or about to graduate from school? Make a note and schedule a reminder (or a message) to check back in with them about that later.
Set up a Keyword Campaign. Your customer can text you the keyword and receive your automated response. They can be "tagged" so you know for future communications that they opted into this campaign. And you can send a personalized message to everyone with that "tag" in one click. For example, have your customers text SALE to your Party Pilot number and any time you have a sale, you can send everyone a message about your sale in one click.
Instead of a Keyword Campaign, you may prefer to send a link or a qr code to your customers so they can opt in to your system via a form instead of a text.
Set up automation sequences, such as on-boarding for new team members. Schedule a message for each step of their training. You can include documents, vidoes and audio clips. Use an unlimited number of sequences so you have a different training system for each type of consultant you sponsor - hobby consultants vs extra income consultants vs furture leaders.
Create a sequence for each rank in your company so you can drop team members into that sequence when they promote. There are unlimited possibilites to automate your business with the Automation Sequence feature.
Begin your day by completing the tasks that Party Pilot has scheduled for you. These are To Do items that you created, Booking and Sponsoring reminders and Host Coaching activities that Party Pilot scheduled for you.
Next, you'll move to Follow Up. Party Pilot will show you who's birthday it is today. You can send these messages yourself or have Party Pilot automate them. Then Party Pilot will show you who you need to follow up with based on how long it's been since you last followed up.
Next, you'll look at your prospecting funnel. If you are working toward growing your team, Party Pilot will show you who you need to reach out to about the business opportunity or prompt you to drop new contacts into the funnel. You will also see any current team members you need to contact.
Next, you'll check your order status. You can thank customers for their orders, notify them that an order has shipped, check in to make sure they received everything, check back to make sure they are enjoying everything and then you can schedule the next check in or do nothing and let Party Pilot schedule it for you. A lot of companies notify your customers via email about their order status, but it goes a long way to build rapport with your customers when you make these extra contacts. Party Pilot makes it very easy for you to do.
Finally, you'll take a look at your party calendar. Any host coaching tasks would have already been done at this point since those are either automated messages that Party Pilot sends to your host or already completed by you under Tasks (the first step we reviewed). But here is where Party Pilot will tell you if you need to schedule any new parties. It will suggest hosts for you and you can do a booking blitz in one click if you need to book more parties.
Check your dashboard to review everything you completed today! Then go spend the rest of your day doing the things you love with the people you love!

Hey, there! My name is Christie Mills. I'm the founder and developer of Party Pilot. I've been a professional full stack software engineer since September of 2001. I earned my BS in Computer Science in August of 2001. You can check out my resume on Linked In if you'd like!
In 2010 I joined my first direct sales company. It wasn't the right fit for me so I tried a couple more until I found the one I loved. I loved my software job and only joined direct sales to earn some extra money on the side to pay off our cars and my student loans. I don't know how to do anything half way and became a student of the business. While doing booking blitz's I decided I needed to automate sending messages and convert my paper systems to digital systems. And that is how Party Pilot was born. It started out as just a hodge podge of features. As I needed something automated or converted to digital, I built it. I always figured I could spruce it up and let me team use it, but I didn't have much of a plan to create a business out of it. In 2019, I lost my job after 15 years of service in the cyber security inudstry. My husband did not want me to go back to work. He wanted me to continue my direct sales business and turn my app into something I could share with the world. So here I am! And I couldn't be happier! Software is my passion. I never get tired of creating things that allow us to leverage technology so we can save time at work and have more time for the things and people we love.
